Welcome to Sol Maré. By accessing or using our website, placing an order, or interacting with our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, please do not use our site.

These terms may be updated from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your order is the version that applies.

About us.

Sol Maré is operated by Monzix LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, with operations based in İzmir, Türkiye. All references to "we", "us", "our", or "Sol Maré" in these terms refer to Monzix LLC.

Eligibility.

To purchase from Sol Maré, you must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your country of residence. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

Our pieces.

Every Sol Maré piece is hand-embroidered to order by a single artisan in İzmir. Each piece is one of one. Because each piece is made by hand, slight variations in beadwork, color, and finish are part of the character of the work and not considered defects.

We make every effort to display product colors, textures, and details accurately on our website. However, the actual appearance of a piece may vary slightly depending on your screen.

Sizing information is provided on each product page. We strongly recommend reviewing the size guide before ordering.

Made to order.

When you place an order, our atelier begins preparation almost immediately. Production takes 7 to 10 days from the date of order. Shipping time is additional.

Because each piece is made specifically for you, all sales are final. Please review our Returns & Refunds policy for details, including the limited exceptions for defects, errors, and damage in transit.

Pricing & payment.

All prices are displayed in the currency selected at checkout and are inclusive of applicable taxes and duties for international DDP shipments. Prices may change at any time without notice, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. Your order is confirmed when payment is successfully processed. If payment fails, your order will not be placed.

In rare cases, we may decline or cancel an order — for example, due to suspected fraud, pricing errors, or inability to ship to your location. If we do, we will refund any payment in full.

Orders & confirmation.

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. The contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation by email. You are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information at checkout.

If you notice an error in your order, write to hello@solmaremiami.com within 24 hours. After 24 hours, production has typically begun and changes may not be possible.

Shipping.

We ship worldwide from İzmir. Estimated shipping times are provided at checkout and are estimates only — not guarantees. Sol Maré is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, or events outside our control.

Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link by email.

Customs & duties.

International orders are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). Duties and taxes for your destination are calculated and collected at checkout. You will not be asked to pay additional customs charges at delivery.

In the rare event that your local authority requests additional documentation, our team will assist you and the carrier to resolve the matter.

Intellectual property.

All content on solmaremiami.com — including text, images, photography, designs, beadwork patterns, the Sol Maré name and logo, and all other materials — is the property of Monzix LLC or its licensors and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, transmit, display, or otherwise use any content from our site for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

Personal use.

The Sol Maré site and its content are for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not use the site to:

- Resell our pieces without our written consent.
- Reverse-engineer, copy, or imitate our beadwork patterns or designs.
- Scrape, harvest, or collect any data from the site through automated means.
- Use our images, photography, or content for any purpose other than personal browsing.
- Interfere with the security, availability, or proper functioning of the site.
- Misrepresent your identity or use the site for any unlawful purpose.

User content.

If you submit reviews, photographs, comments, or any other content to us — including through email, social media tags, or our chat — you grant Sol Maré a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, reproduce, and adapt that content for marketing and promotional purposes, with appropriate credit when reasonably possible.

You confirm that any content you submit is your own work, does not infringe any third party's rights, and is not unlawful, defamatory, or offensive.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sol Maré, Monzix LLC, our officers, employees, contractors, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses — arising from your use of the site or our products.

Our total liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law that cannot be waived.

Termination does not affect any orders already confirmed, which will continue to be governed by these terms.

Sol Maré is not responsible for any failure or delay in performing our obligations caused by events outside our reasonable control — including natural disasters, war, civil unrest, government action, labor disputes, supply chain disruptions, pandemics, or carrier failures.

Changes to these terms.

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. The version that applies to your order is the one in effect at the time of your order.

By continuing to use the site after changes are posted, you accept the updated terms.

Governing law & jurisdiction.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence apply.

Any dispute arising from or related to these terms or your use of the site will be resolved in the courts of Wyoming, United States, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

For customers in the European Union and United Kingdom, you retain all rights granted to you under your local consumer protection laws. Nothing in these terms limits those rights.

Severability.

If any part of these Terms of Service is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Entire agreement.

These Terms of Service, together with our Returns & Refunds policy and Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Sol Maré regarding your use of the site and your purchases.
