How your piece travels from our atelier in İzmir to your door.

Every Sol Maré piece is hand-embroidered in İzmir, then shipped directly to you. Because each piece is made to order, our shipping timeline begins after your piece is complete — not from the moment you order.

This is what to expect.

Production first, then shipping.

Your piece is reserved upon order and hand-embroidered over 7 to 10 days by a single artisan. Once complete, it is carefully inspected, packaged in our signature box, and handed to our shipping partner.

Shipping time is in addition to production time.

Türkiye içi kargo.

Türkiye'deki müşterilerimiz için kargo, üretim tamamlandıktan sonra 1 ila 2 iş günü içinde teslim edilir. Kargo, Aras Kargo veya Yurtiçi Kargo ile gönderilir ve tüm Türkiye'ye ücretsizdir.

İstanbul, Ankara, İzmir ve büyük şehirlerde teslimat genellikle 1 iş günü içinde tamamlanır. Diğer şehirlere teslimat 2 ila 3 iş günü sürebilir.

Sipariş verdikten sonra 24 saat içinde değişiklik yapmak isterseniz, hello@solmaremiami.com adresinden bize yazın. Üretim başlamadıysa adresinizi veya bedeninizi güncelleyebiliriz.

International shipping times.

Once your piece leaves our atelier, estimated delivery times are:

- Türkiye — 1 to 3 business days
- United States — 3 to 5 business days
- United Kingdom — 2 to 4 business days
- European Union — 2 to 4 business days
- Australia & New Zealand — 4 to 7 business days
- Canada — 4 to 6 business days
- United Arab Emirates & Gulf — 3 to 5 business days
- Rest of the world — 5 to 10 business days

Total time from order to delivery is typically 9 to 18 days, depending on your destination.

These are estimates from our carriers, not guarantees. Customs clearance, weather, and carrier delays can extend transit times.

Complimentary worldwide shipping.

We offer complimentary express shipping on every Sol Maré order, worldwide — including all domestic Türkiye orders. There are no shipping fees, no minimum order requirements, and no hidden charges at delivery.

Duties & taxes included.

All international orders (outside Türkiye) are shipped DDP — Delivered Duty Paid. This means duties, taxes, and customs fees for your destination are calculated and collected at checkout. You will receive your piece with no additional charges at delivery.

In the rare event your local authority requests additional documentation, our team will work with you and the carrier to resolve the matter.

Türkiye içi siparişlerde ek vergi veya gümrük ücreti uygulanmaz.

Where we ship.

We ship to most countries worldwide, including Türkiye, the United States, United Kingdom, European Union, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, the Gulf states, Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan, and South Korea.

If your country does not appear at checkout, write to us at hello@solmaremiami.com — we may still be able to arrange delivery for you.

Carriers.

For Türkiye domestic orders, we ship with Aras Kargo and Yurtiçi Kargo.

For international orders, we ship with DHL Express and UPS Worldwide Express. All international shipments are fully tracked, door-to-door, with signature on delivery.

Tracking.

Once your piece ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a direct link to follow your package. You can also reach us at any time at hello@solmaremiami.com for an update.

Addresses.

You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout. We are not able to redirect a package once it has shipped.

If your address is incomplete or incorrect and the package is returned to us, we will reach out for a corrected address. Reshipping fees may apply.

Failed delivery & refused shipments.

Our carriers will make multiple delivery attempts and may hold your package at a local depot for collection.

If you refuse delivery, fail to collect within the carrier's holding period, or do not respond to delivery attempts, the package may be returned to us. Because each piece is made to order, refused or unclaimed orders are not eligible for refund. We will hold your piece at our atelier and arrange reshipping at your cost.

Lost or damaged in transit.

If your piece arrives damaged, write to us within 7 days of delivery at hello@solmaremiami.com with your order number and clear photos. We will repair, replace, or refund as covered by our Returns & Refunds policy.

If a package is confirmed lost in transit by the carrier, we will replace your piece at no additional cost.

Holiday & peak season.

During holiday seasons and resort wear peaks (May to August, November to December), production and shipping times may extend by 2 to 4 days. We recommend ordering early for any specific arrival date.

P.O. boxes & freight forwarders.

We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or freight forwarder addresses. Please provide a residential or business address where the carrier can deliver in person.

Order changes.

If you need to change your shipping address, write to us at hello@solmaremiami.com within 24 hours of placing your order. After 24 hours or once your piece has shipped, changes may not be possible.
