Returns & Refunds
A note on our made-to-order pieces.

Every Sol Maré piece is hand-embroidered to order by a single artisan in İzmir, the moment your order is placed. There is no stock — your piece is made for you alone, over 7 to 10 days. Because of this, our return policy is different from most fashion brands.
Please read this carefully before ordering. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

All sales are final.
Because each piece is made specifically for you, all Sol Maré orders are final sale. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for change of mind, fit preference, color preference, or unwanted gifts.
We ask that you take a moment with our size guide and product details before placing your order. Our team is always available to help — write to us at hello@solmaremiami.com or use the chat at the bottom of the screen before you order.

Exceptions — when we make it right.
We stand behind every piece that leaves our atelier. If your order arrives with any of the following, we will repair, replace, or refund it in full:
- A defect in craftsmanship — loose beading, broken stitching, missing detail, or any flaw in the work.
- The wrong piece or wrong size shipped versus your order.
- Damage in transit — anything that happens between our atelier and your door.
- A material defect in the fabric or beads that is not consistent with our standard.
In these cases, write to us within 7 days of delivery at hello@solmaremiami.com with your order number and clear photos. We will respond within 2 business days with next steps. Return shipping in these cases is on us.

Cancellations.
Once you place an order, our atelier begins preparation almost immediately. Cancellation is possible only within the first 24 hours after your order, and only if production has not yet begun.
To request a cancellation, write to hello@solmaremiami.com with your order number as soon as possible. If we can stop production, we will issue a full refund. If beading has already begun, the order cannot be cancelled.

Refunds.
Approved refunds (for defects, errors, or eligible cancellations) are processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of our confirmation.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the order was sent in error or arrived damaged.
Refunds may take additional time to appear on your statement depending on your bank or card issuer.

Lifetime care.
Beyond returns, every Sol Maré piece is covered by our lifetime repair service. If a bead loosens or a stitch comes undone with wear over the years, send the piece back to our atelier and we will repair it by hand. You cover shipping; the repair is ours.

Sale items & promotions.
Any piece purchased on sale, with a promotional code, or as part of a limited collaboration is final sale and not eligible for return or exchange. The defect, error, and damage exceptions above still apply.

Customs, duties & international orders.
All international orders are shipped DDP — duties and taxes are calculated and collected at checkout, and you will receive your piece with no customs charges at delivery.
In the rare event that your local authority requests additional documentation, our team will work with you and the carrier to resolve it. Refusal of delivery does not entitle the customer to a refund for a made-to-order piece.

We know "final sale" can feel like a lot when you're buying online. That's why we offer detailed size guides, fit notes from real bodies, transparent photography, and a live chat with our atelier — so you can be confident in your choice before we begin.
If anything is ever unclear, please write to us. We'd rather take an hour answering your questions than have you live with a piece that doesn't feel right.
